
Hi, I'm Claire!
It’s wonderful to have you here. As we embark on this new adventure, I would like to take a moment to introduce myself. I’m a Certified Professional Health Coach and the founder of Nourish Holistic Living.
I received my Health Coach training from the renowned Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). IIN pioneered the health coaching profession over 30 years ago, and they offer the longest-standing health coach training program which comprises a comprehensive curriculum and expert faculty. I gained much knowledge and insight through the IIN Health Coach Training Program and Coaching Intensive Practicum, and I am excited to use all that I have learned and experienced to support you on your wellness journey. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion, specializing in Integrative Health and Wellness from Daemen University; and I am the founder and facilitator of Wake Up Buffalo, a mindfulness meditation group for young adults that’s been going strong since April 2019. I love to incorporate mindfulness practices into all that I do — personally and professionally.
My mission is to inspire people to live a more joyful, mindful, wholehearted life — truly connected with themselves, community, spirit, and the earth. I believe that we all have the capacity to learn how to live deeply in each moment, touching the wonders of life that are always here.
My hope is that, through this journey together, you will gain new insights and skills that support you in living a more nourished life… a life filled with joy, wellbeing, ease, and gratitude.

Hidden Talent
I love singing - I sing all the time! I also play piano and violin. Music brings so much joy to my life and comforts me in hard times.

Nourishment
Spending time in nature… walking, hiking, biking, gardening, picnicking, you name it. Being in nature nourishes me on all levels.

Personal Interests
Mindfulness, wellness, spirituality, eco-friendly living, homesteading, DIY projects, and so much more.

Favorite Season
I love all four seasons that we experience here in Western New York, as each one brings such a unique, beautiful energy. But if I had to choose one, I’d say spring! I love when everything starts to bloom again.

Hobbies
Traveling, exploring new coffee shops (I love chai), tent camping, DIY projects, healthy baking, cooking, and more.

Food Facts
Roasted broccoli is one of my favorite foods — especially with Pecorino Romano cheese imported from Italy and a drizzle of olive oil on top.
